The small hotel Gau Txori opened in 1982, after the purchase and the repairs done by brothers and sisters Arrieta. In that first time, a service of bar and restaurant was offered.

In 1997, after the repairs of the rooms and bathrooms, the activity of the hotel started, giving all the complex a complete service, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
